“[My daughter] was so upbeat and chatty after you left. She felt very positive about the session. It was like someone had turned up her dimmer switch.”
For Young People (8-20)
Psychotherapy, wellbeing coaching and emotional literacy support for young people.
The system’s broken!
I should know, I’ve worked in it. But after 18 years of therapeutically supporting children and young people in statutory services, I decided to pack up my tool-kit, take everything I’d learnt and help parents access exactly what they need, when they need it.
So if you’re desperately seeking support for your child and fed up with being slapped on another century-long waiting list at the end of which is a burnt out health professional with a one-size-fits-all approach, you can breathe a sigh of relief - the wait is over.
“We are very happy with the work you’ve done with [our daughter]. There’s a clear difference in her attitude and the way she’s able to respond during difficult times.”

“I love how you conduct your sessions. The way you pose questions makes so much more sense than how it would be traditionally done. If everyone thought and acted the way you do the world would be a much better place”
